Update On Dis

Welcome timely folk of the internet,

Well I guess its that time once more for when I ramble on abit more about what I've been doing with myself. So with that said lets get stuck into it.

I have been accepted into TAFE, basically for you non-Australian-ers its college, for webdesign and I'm excited as hell because lets be honest I'm awesome at it and I'd love to meet a few people who at least share what I share. which I've never seen before.

As for personally hobby wise I've done a load of jack all. I've learnt with the opening of an Australian server Vindictus by Nexon is a wonderful game and I've basically been playing that non stop even though i have a perfectly new Far cry 3 disc still in the case waiting for some burn marks from reading the disk for hours on end. Anyway my personal opinion of Vindictus its an amazing game definitely worth a try however i don't know about the american servers but the Australian one its a bit lonely no one talks and everyone keeps to themselves while they run around. its a well played game but however with it in mind that it is a Nexon game it is very stingy in the sense they will make you pay physical money out of your pocket for absolutely anything they can think of.

To Music, i have nothing new musically really, to those who have been recently visiting my YouTube page then yeah if not then there's probably something new for you guys to have your ears subjected to. i'm working on some new stuff in the Trap genre i describe it to friends as 2pac on Dubstep. which i feel is a pretty strong way to put it but none the less suffices to what it is.

To art, well recently i have made the new Danhrichardson logo which i like but other than that i cant say there's much i do enjoy making these icon-like pieces and if there was a section to where i could be pointed to where i would be commended for what i'm enjoying art wise right now, i'd like to know.

There also has been a run in with my phone none the less! so this gorilla glass got me a right shock i dropped it at work and bang a nice wonderful spider web crack down the entire phone. Lucky enough i did find someone willing to repair it however the hefty price tag i did have a second of doubt its worth but i did it any way and i must say good decision spare of the moment me. however with these under the radar jobs the hardware DOA'd on me it seems as there is a pink pixel line right down the bottom nothing to complain and say that the worlds going to end but none the less irritating

So thats my spiel about life at the moment enjoy your days to come.

Win 8, Dan H, and School Mate.

Hey, ho!

well yes we are all aware of windows 8 and me. My general bias to Microsoft and Windows again sways me but its great, windows 8 hits it off however it takes getting used to and with the worlds so set it its "start button" ways its hard to overcome it not being visible. Its interesting its Metro and once you get the hang it works like a charm. Unfortunately I was one of the silly people who installed it on a notebook (HP Mini 110) and so I was with the 1024x600 resolution problem. I google'd and the little Regedit hack does the trick but makes it stinky and crappy to use. I'm still iffy if its economical over a long time after you lose that wow factor from all the jazzy metro apos. it hasn't for me but its wearing off the more I get used to it.

I will definitely buy windows 8, but I'll also be buying a tablet to boot it on. in all honesty stick with your 7, windows 8 has a long way to go before it'll be "As good" for a desktop as it is ideal for a tablet and I think we are all aware of that.

Dan H, in da club! Yes its sad the end of an era. The balls is out the door and my castration (hay ho!) is here to take its place. yes my name how boring how silly. No it shows professional and its a new era of me which I'm sick of explaining my blog isn't a nudie show of male genitalia. So yes a name change was in order and so was a logo.

Its my last 3 weeks of school how exciting, i'm gonna study hard for my 1 exam! ha! Out into the big bad world I go hey?

Youtube Me Up!

Well look who we have here!? It seems I still have not gotten an update from windows NOR nokia on my damn phone. which is dissapointing however I am not a part of the general populous who think the windows 7.8 is a joke. All i really want is the home screen and no matter if it is JUST that or other crap too I get what I want. So no complaining by this faithful customer.

Anyway! I have created a new page, which includes my music, I know I've tried this before with soundcloud but youtube is much more accessible by others and such else and I coded a nice little bit of javascript which i'm proud of, as if you search... I actually dont know javascript.

also if you are one of the very very very few who actually frequently visit (ha! I wish) you can see the blog has gotten a massive uphaul! We all know thats always a good thing. Im taking in every little piece of code and making it tip top no matter where you look. Details there.

no key ya loo me ya ate hun dread

Well Well Well, look who we have here,

It seems to me I have found an amount of people actually view my blog now. how unfortunate, a lot of people must be pretty bored. I have no real news on a design side, other than I created a new web layout simplicity the key for this one,

But this post is more of a review. A review of a mobile in-fact, the Nokia Lumia 800. I bought it just over about 2 months and it must very well be the best phone I've ever touched. I know I have very limited experience with smart phones as I never jumped on the iPhone or Android bandwagon. But I can honestly say I cant believe I didn't sooner...

With my already strong bias to Windows products. The Windows Phone was the obvious choice. The OS is sleek, smart and responsive. It doesn't take a genius to get it right like android and doesn't look outdated and generic like the iPhone. It has its own class. But with the positives it has its negatives as well.

If you've researched the Lumia at all, you will hear "Battery this, battery that," i'm horribly sorry, but its true the battery life sucks royal ballocks. Also the market place although still early days it dry and dull, however with a developer unlock (which I haven't got) the possibilities are endless. another downfall.

I recommend the phone personally, but again bias to windows, I'd even put in a limb here to say I am a fan-boy of Microsoft and windows.
